How to request a refund
Email leo@leosterling.net with the email address you used to buy and the product name, or use the refund link on your WarriorPlus purchase receipt. You don’t need to give a long explanation, though I always appreciate hearing what didn’t work so I can fix it.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days through WarriorPlus, back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, your license and access to that product (including any commercial or PLR rights) end, and you should stop using and delete the files.
Fair use
I reserve the right to decline refunds in clear cases of abuse — for example repeated buy-and-refund patterns or requests made after the product files have been resold or redistributed.
